Welcome to Auction That Job (the "App"). By downloading, browsing, or using this App, you agree to follow and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these rules, you must stop using the App immediately.

1. We Are Only a Bulletin Board (No Liability for Work)

• The App's Role: Auction That Job is purely a technology platform. We act as a digital community bulletin board. We connect people who need tasks done ("Clients") with independent people looking for work ("Workers").
• No Employment Relationship: Workers are independent contractors. They are not employees, agents, or partners of Auction That Job or CompuSolve USA.
• No Endorsement: We do not vet, background check, interview, or monitor the users on this platform. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, timing, or accuracy of any job posted, bid placed, or work performed.

2. Absolute Release of Liability (Hold Harmless)

By using this App, you explicitly agree that Auction That Job, its owners, and its employees are NOT responsible or legally liable for anything that happens in the real world. This means you cannot sue us for:

• Property Damage: If a Worker accidentally damages a house, floods a room, breaks electronics, or ruins property while doing a job.
• Personal Injury or Death: If a Worker gets hurt, falls off a ladder, or experiences any physical injury while working—or if a Client or third party is injured during the performance of a job.
• Criminal Activity: If any user commits theft, scams, harassment, or vandalism. You invite users into your home or interact with them entirely at your own risk.

3. Payments, Bids, and Fees

• Job Agreements: All financial deals for the actual work are strictly between the Client and the Worker. We are not responsible for collecting job payments, issuing refunds, or resolving disputes if a Client refuses to pay or a Worker walks away unfinished.
• No Token Refunds: Workers pay a $1 fee (via Token bundles) to place bids. All Token purchases are final. We do not refund tokens if you lose an auction, if the Client cancels the job, or if you leave the platform.

4. User Profiles and Community Rules

• Honest Information: You promise that all information on your profile, your job descriptions, and your bids is 100% true.
• Fair Reviews: Reviews must be based on real jobs completed through the App. You may not leave fake, abusive, or retaliatory reviews. We reserve the right to delete any review or ban any user who cheats or acts aggressively, without warning or refund.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and built under the laws of the State of Pennsylvania. Any legal issues or arguments relating to this App must be handled in the courts located nearest to our business headquarters.
